ALL 3 of my baby's are girls! All of them have these two little football shapped protrusions between the stipule and new undergrowth
How long from germination does it take to show sex

Too soon to tell. Keep an eye on it. Typically you'll see a little white hair if it's a female but sometimes just a calyx will appear and is sometimes mistaken for a male flower. You'll just have to wait a few days longer and see if hairs/pistils appear or if more balls appear.

Thanks I had a feeling waiting was the answer it always is but my stipules are crossed and In the nodes I can see two little growths but it's a curved growth

more pics needed can`t see any signs, give it 24 hours in the dark then take a pic 2 days later and it`ll be easy for us to tell you

It's hard to get photos ... I'm pretty sure their fems I'm just being anxious ... I'm gonna wait but I was thinking about going to HPS would you switch lights or wait till full preflower and then switch... Their a little over a month from seed

I change lights 1-2 weeks before or 1-2 weeks after flipping unless they are changing rooms then its out of my control
I`d put them in bigger pots before I put a hps on them for sure

There 2 gallon pots and I'm kinda limited on space but I've had great grows with them so I'm not gonna risk transplanting and killing her

See I`d be the other way round I would not want to risk it drying out or getting less yield due to a small pot
its easy if you let them get a wee bit dry also when potting up a layer of perlite in the bottom of the pot makes getting the plant out easier, I like plastic bag pots for veg as they cost almost nothing, come in the post flat and you can cut them open to get the plant out easy if needed
If you did one plant in a 10 gallon pot you`d probably yield more then doing all 3 of them but your grow and your space I don`t know what you have to "live" with.........

Yeah your probably right but if I only grew one and it turned male I would have to start all over .... So if I get a male now I can get rid of it and transplant both into bigger pots
Had a pink lady #6 x Hollands hope that would show sex as fast as an auto it would blow seemed to be pure indica at the least

Quick question its been exactly one month and 3 days since planting... These are hybrid cheese and blue widow ... Usually by now I have some sort of indication of sex but not in this case ... The seeds There all from amazing buds from a serious grower so I have a feeling the female self Hermed and pollinated itself so their already feminized ( I hope) here's some pics tell me what you and how do they look to you and are those little tiny hairs I see? In one of the photos

3rd pic could have a ball in it
the rest aren`t showing enough for me to tell from a pic for sure, but they don`t look male in structure, give them one day in the dark and after 2 days of veg lights they`ll be showing sex for sure yeah like you said 2nd from last pic does look like a fem but hard to see

Thanks I'm going to try that and switch over to HPS at 15 hours light 9 hours off to start flowering they have a nice strong main stalk and are at a pretty good height for me and my space

If you want more chance of females I would start flowering with an MH and swapp to the hps once they sex up
some people will use a hps for 1 to 2 weeks before swapping to flowering light times too
The idea is less of a change to the plants when your switching them so less stress so more chance of females
hps normally makes them taller and MH and bluer lights normally make them bush more
So yeah up to you mate, I`d save the hps for when your going 12/12 or 10/14 if there already tall enough ?
Ur serious I'll be serious each strain i.e white widow, cheese ect all have different pheno's each pheno has a little bit different genetic code witch determines when biologicAly the plant I s sexualy mature so chances are the genetics you have naturaly grow longer than what you have grown in the past but if u take cuttings from these plants they will always be sexual ly mature because biologically no mater the size of a cutting it is the same age as the plant it was originally cut from

Yeah I had a feeling it came down to phenotypes but I'm not cloning them .. This strain is a hybrid of cheese and blue widow and they do have strong genetic traits and would be a great strain to clone but I don't have enough time like that to support more plants ... And my plants aren't sexually mature so why would the clones be? I understand what your saying but if I cut some hours of on time for about a week and switch to HPS I know they will show sex ..and give me the right amount of space to fill in
