There really is no minimum, but really you should want the plant to have at least a few (2-4) nodes, and then take clones from the bottom is most preferred way. For best clones you should put the mother plant under 24 hour veg and let it get some size to it (6"-12", the bigger the clones you take the better off they will be.

by that time your plant should be more than large enough to take clones. but like its been said time is more less a factor than size. and that can vary from strain to lights. my plants are 6 weeks old from seed and im just about to cut clones. just been lazy they been big enough. goodluck though

Just take it right before you change your lights to flowering. That's your last chance to take them but you will be able to take a lot more and since the plant is bigger the cuts you make shouldn't really affect it at all.

Still depends on size. 50 days is usually enough, but if it's too small and lacking areas to take cuttings, be it at 10 days, or 100 days if it's not there, there's nothing to take as cuttings.
