Damn, I wish I would of got one of them upgraded cards!
How long is it taking for the STATE to cash checks?

LARA received my paperwork at 6AM on 9/4. Still haven't cashed checked as of end of business on 9/10 nor any letter explaining that there was a problem. Called their office and was told checks are cashed within 48 hours. Explained situation was told if the cash wasn't cashed by this Friday to call back. Anyone else seeing this kind of delay? Kind of sucks that the 20 day waiting period starts after the check is cash rather than when the paperwork is received. Grumble. Grumble.

Took 8 days to cash mine 7 more to get my card.
Awesome. If that turns out to be the case with my application, I have zero complaints.
