how long is too long?

out door O.G. bag seed. I usually chop when cloudy, never let it go this long before but it's been wet and I've been busy. chopped one branch today, what do you guys think? where's she at? do I make time or can she wait another week. it's getting down to 45 f at night but not frost in the forecast.

And maybe in another night or two and those should be orange I would think

You are probably a little past the start of an early harvest, but not going to be late if goes a few days longer. That looks like where I start but I have to start early and finish late.

They look good to me.

Almost there. I'm in upstate ny, I usually have to wait until first frost. At least mid October.
