how long my plants should take to flower

my plants have been budding for 4 and a half weeks now and they dont look anywhere near ready, is it possible tht they are a strain tht takes longer? they have enough light, nutes and ventilation!

Flowering time is genetic, assuming proper conditions. Are you growing designer genetics? If so, the flowering time should be listed.

They'll barely have more than pistil clusters at 4.5 weeks. Be patient, give them a 3 or 4 more weeks and you'll know a LOT more.

idk about you, but around week 4 and 5 is when the buds start to stack and like colas. i have alot more than pistil clusters at this time. im gonna guess and say, the OP is indoor, and stared counting flower the day he switched 12/12, and is actually only 2 1/2 - 3 weeks in flower

Yea mate around that time the buds should be coming in but if you say there no where ready just give em some more time. They might be late bloomers........lol see what i did there. xD

they are about 5 weeks into flowering now, starting from when i changed to 12/12 and they have bud on them but it looks really un dense and looks like they need a long wile longer to bulk up. but they also have lots of orange hairs on them witch iv heRD can mean they are nearly done? how much longer should i leave them? i will upload a pic soon if i can,

if you know the variety ur growing u can google or check out some seed websites to get a really close idea for flowering time. GL

You also have to understand this indisputable fact. Time slows down so much when you flower, a hour is like a day a day is like a week and a month is like a year.. It sucks, but ask anybody hear.. The danker the bud the slower time goes by... and I hate that so much !!
