How long should it take

How long realistically, should a feminised non auto to go from root to harvest, if grown hydroponic system?

Any were from 50 to 80 even up to 100 days depending on strain as Limitless Mind stated above. But from what most seed banks claim 2 months is the norm.

Depends on how long you veg. And strain. But flower alone is at least 6-7 weeks. A couple weeks on the front end to sprout and take root and add on veg, normally about a month.

Depends if you are outdoors or indoors.
indoors you can do in 2-4 months if you rush it,
outdoors is around 3-6 months and you can't rush it

It also depends on your personal preference. You control the conditions, you can let the plant veg for as long as you want before you flip to flower, which is the more predictable timetable for most plants. You can grow 12/12 from seed and plant flowers as soon as it can, but don't expect huge yields. You decide how big you want to let the tree get before you ask it to grow fruit. More time = more yields, but like everything there is a bell curve and you get diminishing returns past a certain point. All about finding that sweet spot, and that varies from strain to strain. Depending on who bred the strain, the growers descriptions can be more or less accurate, just do some research on what results other people have had with whatever strain you choose. And remember that even the fastest flowering strain will still teach you more patience than is comfortable, part of the zen of growing.

I believe most seed banks list the estimated flowering time, not the time from seed to harvest. Could be wrong but generally that's what I've noticed.

What do you mean, ask it to flower? It doesn't flower on its own? Hope do you make it flower.

If it flowered on it's own it would be an auto. Stands for Autoflowering. With a non auto like you said you need to change light cycle from either 24/0 or 18/6 to 12/12 to start flowering. If you grow outdoors you don't need to do that because the days will get shorter and do it for you, but you have to plant at a very specific time of year (April-June I believe, depending on strain)

to OP: don't think about growing as something that can be done according to a strict formula. there are both genetic predispositions and environmental factors that will affect how long it takes you to go from seed to harvest (to cure). shit happens during a grow--you accidentally spill a little too much cal-mag on your girls, a light falls, etc. etc. Also, styles of growing will change durations, just as personal preference for your bud should alter your harvest date. If ambient temperatures fall below what you expected for a week, that can slow growth for that week--if you'd like to recover that growth deficit you'd obviously have to let them grow longer. So, in my opinion, its the most disapointing grows that set a calendar date by which they must be finished. Hence all the joshing you're getting, even from me, with these estimates. and, to be clear, thats as close as you'll ever get to an answer for this question: an estimate. So, for example, if you went 12/12 from seed, the AVERAGE time it takes for the whole grow is around 11 weeks--which is why i flippantly declared 77 days earlier. that gives you an idea, a rough guess but you'll be paying attention to your plants on a daily basis so that date will be something you adjust as the grow goes on.
