Cant find lumens but the PAR at 18 inches is 1535....does that hep?

to be honest ive never heard of PAR? Ive always calculated by wattage or lumens (more so lumens) if you can't find out than it's whatever, just more soa curious questions so that I can see how many lumens your pushing per Sq Ft.
