How long till harvest? 12/12 for 3 weeks now.. (PICS)

Hey,
This is my first grow, The plant is 52 days old from seed and I've been flowering on 12/12 for 3 weeks now, I was expecting small buds by now but she's only showing small white hairs.
My Questions are...
Why are the flowers taking so long to form? Or is this normal?
Does anyone have an estimate on when I'll be harvesting?
How strong will the smell be? There's a bit of a whiff already!
And finally, How much can I expect the yield to be?

I'm growing under 3 cfls - one 46 watt, and two 23 watt bulbs
The plant is surrounded by mirrors to enhance the light.
Temp is 65
Ph Neutral
Small fan
Feeding her tomato nutes now (NPK is 11-9-30)
There's no light getting to the plant on night cycle
Overall It's very healthy and green except for a few of the very bottom leaves.

You might want to remove the mirrors as they absorb light. & the first couple of weeks of 12/12 is still a vegetative state. You will see buds around week 5.

Mirrors absorb light? Surely not!

Mis worded my statement as mirrors do reflect light but they also absorb light.

might wanna try something higher in (P) Phosphorus

and up your Ph a little if this is in soil?

your plant just started flowering so 3 weeks of 12/12 i wouldnt say it was flowering it actually starts when it shows sex so in about 3 more weeks you will notice bud spots on her so just keep doing what your doing your plant looks great

Get rid of the mirrors, they wont do anything. The light needs to pass through glass before reflecting, then through glass on the way back out, plus the distance from the light to the mirror to the plant for a CFL is too far to make any real difference

Your plant should be much further into flowering, even for a 12 week sativa.

You should check your flowering room for light leaks. I'd also recommend running more like 11.5/12.5 on your light schedule. The slightly longer dark period should reinforce the development of flowering hormones produced during that time.

Upgrade your lights or get more CFLs from my experience with my first few grows your plants should be a bit further along

They are not as reflective as you think. White paint would do way better hell even foil crinkled up would do better...look it up mirrors are one of the worst things to use

Yep, mirrors got to go. Plant looks good, but not really flowering a lot yet. Like someone said, check for light leaks. I would guess at this point your at least 8 weeks out. Once done i'd say with just that light you should see between 1 and 2 oz. dry. I would try to get more light and better flowering nutes like fox farm.
