How long to keep clones under the plastic dome?

How long does it take to root the clones? I have cloned 1 week ago into jiffy plugs and sunk the jiffy pluds in potting soil inside 16 ounce cups. Misting them once a day with 200 PPM nutes with superthrive. When can I take off the plastic dome covering the clones? Does this sound like the correct way to clone? Some of the clones have yellowing leaves.
