How long to leave in the dark?

I finished my flush and got my ppms in my run off down to where I wanted them. Should I leave the plants in darkness for a couple days before I chop and hang?

A lot of people swear by an increase of trichomes with a 48 hour dark period after harvest. I did this my first grow and it turned out fire, I don’t do it anymore and my bud still turns out fire lol your bud won’t become significantly more potent in 48 hours but if you are patient enough go ahead and give it a 48 hour dark period so you’ll have experience, then maybe your next run try without it

You could even do 24 hours as well
