How long will cannabis store?

I have a nice "problem". Lots of bud from my harvest.
I'm a month into Mason jar cure and they are holding in the 60-64% humidity range.
I've used about 3 to 4 ounces for making infused cocoa butter and infused coconut oil but still have over 7 ounces left.

How long will they keep and what is the very best long term storage method for cannabis flowers?

Freeze it. It will stay potent for a long long long long time.

I've got a little Sour Jack left over from 2013 outdoor, so that's about 20 months so far. It's turned a little brown, but still tastes good & works fine.

I keep cannabis in Mason jars in a cool dark place, like the cellar. Under the house in a crawl space works too, if you have one.

Check out Boveda packs as well. I've had good luck with them maintaining 61-62% RH for over a year.

The THC will dissipate and become less psychoactive after a while. You should vacuum seal and freeze it if you want it to keep for a year or more.

you can also buy the nitrogen gas bottles they use for wine as well, it displaces the oxygen.
