yup u're one of the blessed few to be an ectomorph..if u work out hard enough u could look like brad pitt in months..i was not so luckyYeah i have an unusually low body fat% for some1 that just junk foods all day, figured it would have somethin to do w/ it.
generally for active people as long as you can max your body weight you're okay. it's better to be able to lift that 8x though. i can do 200x10 if i realllly push it.. i really dislike bench pressing though, it's such a useless exercise, with hardly any practicality save for football..my legs are strong as fuck though, 800lbs+ is no problem for me on those..my arms not so much so..genetics can give u the short end of the stick sometimesyeah i was in weightlifting this year and my bench rose 40 lbs i went from lifting about 90% of my weight(bench max-115lbs, weight-125lbs) to 125% (bench max-160lbs, weight-125lbs still) in about 4 or 5 months.
The year b4 i had gotten my bench to 140(movin to plates was awesome haha) but i sat around all summer and it just dropped. got it back quick and surpassed it.
