how long?

months easily, depending on the strain of course, but i'd say about 2 months or so on them as they look like they just started to flower. look nice though, just no where near ready ..
 
Apparently it is skywalker og kush but could be something else. So lets say random bagseed. It has been in flower for40 days now. 2 months really? Daaaaamn

40 days really? i would have guessed around 21 days or so'ish just looking at the pix.. what are you flowering them under?
i usually take og's to about 10 weeks or maybe 11 after i flip the lights to 12 12...

umm here's a pix of my ecsd, it's 24 days of flowering in this pix, and looks to be about the same pretty much as your og in your pix, just for a comparison..

yeah, yours looks close to my ecsd imo..
2 months might be a bit on the long side, but they've got at least about, idk, 6 weeks or so left on them imo.. kind of hard to judge, but they've got quite a bit of time left for sure..
 
Damn those hairs on yours look long enough to give em dreads!! Nice. . Any type of estimate for the yeild? Or too early to determine?

idk much about leds, but i've seen some cfl grows that seem to take much longer then if you had been using hids.. just be patient m8, it looks great, starting to frost up and all, looks healthy, just needs plenty more time to flower properly..
 
it's always hard to get a good guess on yield, but it looks like you've got about ten good tops on that plant, so if each of them weighs in around 1/4 oz. dry, that'd give you what, about 2.5 oz's or so??
again, i'm not saying you'll get 2.5 oz's from that, but if they continue to fill in and get nice and big, i could see that happening, but you never know what may happen...
looks good though like i said, just keep doing what you're doing, and be patient.. i know it's not easy, one of the hardest parts of growing imo, but it'll all be so worth it when you get to smoke something that you grew and it's some of the best bud you've ever had.. :D
 
Ill be adding more lights as I go preping for the next run. but if I were to put the plant in a window on sunny days will that be beneficial?

ehh, it all depends on where you live, and what side the window is facing, but generally, cannabis needs more light then it would get in a window sill..
i'd just get some more cfl's, the most you can afford atm.. you want ones in the 2700k spectrum for flowering.. you can get the cfl's and some t splitters so you can run 2 bulbs per socket.. walmart sells cfls, i'm not sure about the t splitters, but i'm sure a home depot type store would have them.. for around $20 / $25 you could do yourself a big favor.. :D
 
they're called y splitters, not t splitters, my bad...
but they're just two sockets for bulbs coming from one source.. you'll know what i mean the second you see them..

Well i had 2 but the younger one showed me his nuts today. . So I chopped him up and added him to my trim jar for hash. But I have 2 others vegging under 32w of t8. Seem to bee alright.
