From seed, how long does it usually take to go into flower?

This is 62 days from seed... I don't really remember what day it started flowering, so im trying to get the days straight, feel me?

When you see the buds really start to fattening, thats when id start trying to figure out the days and look at trichs here and there. 5/6 weeks of flower is when they fatten(i believe).

You've got a month to a month and a half; you should wait for the shade leaves to yellow and die off if you can. The guy that taught me said to go for 100% amber so i take it to the limit.

There's a lot of bad info floating around out there and this has to be right up there. An auto with 100% amber trichs' makes me feel sluggish and dizzy.

At that point THC has already been degrading. I believe after 50-70%(can't remember) it begins to lower. I myself wouldn't wait past 30% amber when chopping.

Nope, sunny outside here. Man, I've been bored. Only day 39 and my res i just filled up sat, so another full week before I'll even need to do it again -_- i might need to do a photo after these Ripley's and some training to actually have something to do durring the grow XD i can actually start to smell them outside the tent now.

Yeah I know, I took the day off from work and there's nothing to do, no worries... Oh yeah I know what I need to do, go to the hydro store and get some rockwool for some stems from the nl/big bud that i cut off when I snapped it... And i have some random bagseeds that have sprouted... Damn, I forgot about that stuff... And I still haven't heard back from mephisto or glg...glg has had my money order since thursday and have yet to let me know anything... It just says that the order is being processed... And im trying to pay mephisto with a credit card and I haven't heard anything from them besides that my order has been received, but how am I supposed to pay for it???

They send you an email. Might be in spam folder. I used paypal. They send a link in email, i click it and it logs me into my account directly to their page for checkout. Paypal is easiest imo.

Don't wait for amber trichs' like you would with photos because they'll be past peak by then and the high will be sluggish. When 40% of the leaves have yellowed they are ready (if they did't get too much N)....and save the loupe for the photos

I second that notion~
Some of these auto strains seem like they wont produce amber trichomes. Maybe some trics are after harvesting and drying, but for a number of autos it can be impossible to take them to the percentage of amber you would look for with a photo period plant.
