How many can i flower?

Hey guys quick question. Can I flower 60 small plants under 2 1000 watt Hps and 1 400 watt Hps? The strains I'm running vary Super Lemon Haze, Lemon Skunk, Green Crack, Purple Erkle, Purple Candy Kush, Grapegod, Blue Mystic, Grandaddy Purple, Jack Herrer and New York City Diesil. Please help everything is vegging right now flower is scheduled to start may 1st. Thanks Guys. Happy Growing

Way to long of a veg for that many plants. I had 50 in a 4x8 tent under 2 x 1kW lights and it was way too many plants for having given them a veg. I would get them rooted and then immediately flip to flower.

What if I keep them in 1 gal grow bags to limit growth. This is my first bigger op. I have only done 3 grows with 6 good size plants under a 400 watter. This is my first run with the 1000 watters. Is it a good idea to flower in 1 gal grow bags? What kind of yields should I expect. I'm trying to maximize my results.
