How many clones could I get off this ?

There is no saying at this point. Some people will have plants big enough at 8 weeks to take 30 clones while other's can take 4.

There is no real way to answer that question, I was able to take 8 clones from my 5 week old plant and have her still look bushy

Another plant I had that was stunted I could only take 4 off of. It's just not a question anyone can give you a real answer on bud

The deciding factor (besides skill level) that I dont think anyone mentioned yet is wattage. If it is grown under something weak like a cfl you wouldnt get anywhere as near as many as a plant grown under a HID.

I grow mother plants (from clone though) under 600 watt metal halides, one per light. I tie down and top multiple times and by 8 weeks I get around 30 clones per round. More is possible but I thin my plants out so Im only using fat branches.

no more than 20% of the plant usually 15-20 clones every 2 to 3wks.

Cut her in half and replant the top in ph'd soil.

In a couple of days the stem portion will grow leaves and the leaved portion will grow roots - bam, just doubled your plant count.

12 clones should not be a problem charles. good luck. look at my avatar. they both had 10 taken at 6 to 7 weeks.
