How many colas

What do you guys think it's the ideal amount of colas plants that have 2.5' x2.5' area each?
4, 8 or 16. Or maybe going 4 or 8 and lst'ing them abit for some more side branching.

Enough to maximize yield while allowing for good airflow.

Individual genetics are going to dictate the answer, along with preference as stated above.

It depends on so many things. Fx how many side shoots you are going to allow to grow. How level do you keep the tops etc.

So seems pretty mixed and personal choice.
Just gonna have to play around with it I guess.
I normally go 6 branches and lst them but they end up so bushy even with a lollipop, and lots of smaller stuff wich makes trim jail a nightmare.

My Current Chen Fuego, that’s a 5 gallon pot. I reckon something like this would work for you.

...roughly 18"x24" per plant, 54x24 for 3.
12 6" squares to spread out 8 branches seems to leave lots of room for deeper light penetration and air circulation.
