How Many Days Or Weeks Left?

Here are the pics I said I would post, still look like I need to wait more. What do you all think though? It looks closer but how much I am not sure.

So, I think I am going to finally harvest her in an hour or so. She is looking so swollen and though not all the trichs have turned it seems ready. I accidentally sampled her about 2 weeks ago when I was removing a dead leaf and got high, more of a head high but I am feeling like it now would have more of a mix of head and body (sounds like a new western family knockoff)

If any of you guys object to the imminent harvest please give me your two cents as I will probably be doing this in an hour or so.

P.S. How do you like my organic pesticides in pic #4?

If are going to harvest as soon as possible and if your lights are on let the current light cycle finish and turn off your timer or unplug your lighting and harvest in the morning or turn them off now and harvest in the morning. THC works as 'sunscreen' in trichome heads protecting the delicate inner glands and membranes from damaging light rays. While doing that some THC deteriorates each day/light cycle and is replaces, plus a small amount more, during hours of darkness so you should harvest after a period of darkness so your plants have recouped what THC was lost and can add that small amount more.

Decades ago outdoor growers found that harvesting before daybreak resulted in higher potency than harvesting later in the day. They did not know the reason for it, but they were sharp enough to notice the difference.

It is the same principle behind finishing plants in 72-hours of darkness to maximize THC.

So I did end up harvesting yesterday, only 65g though so I am guessing that will only yield me about 1/4 ounce dried but hey, it was my first homegrown so that is nice. I don't mind especially because I have 2 more plants that will be ready in a couple weeks as well, and one of those is about twice as big and has a lot more buds on it.

My first grow didn't go that bad really after all. I did have an aphid problem that I found out about a few days before the chop, got lady bugs and the Fox Farm Don't bug me if the lady bugs don't work. Those are for the two remaining plants and the 4 clones I am gonna start later this week. I really hope it is ok to smoke a few aphids lol. I can choose from Blueberry, White Widow, Kali Mist, Train wreck, Lemon Diesel and a couple of others that I forget for the next few clones. This will be an interesting grow as my wife and I are going to France for 5 weeks and I will be relying on a family member to water, it will be fine as that is all I have done for the last three months, just gave them daily water (and let aphids breed). Anyway, I think the Don't Bug Me spray seems like it will do as It can be used up to the day of harvest. Thanks again for all your help, it has been a fun ride and will be even funner next week when I am smoking it.
