How many degrees will a Redwood VS COB raise ambient temp in tent

So I got 3 4x4 tents and want to change out my 1000hps lights in the summer with redwood-vs COBs and am concerned about the temp issue. I live in Northern New England and I figure my basement is around 70 most of the summer during the day time. Do you think that the redwoods will raise the tent temps to where I will need them? My other option is to turn my ballast down on my HPS to 60%.

You want to run around 82-83 degrees f with those cobs, you'll be pretty happy and might even vent less to maintain the higher temp and humidity.

That's the question, will they raise the temps up 13 degrees in a tent? I hope so 'cause I won't be able to wrap my head around heating in summer.

Yeah, as long as you have some sort of speed controller on your ventilation.
