Depends on what your trying to achieve......rumor has it that 12-14ish is a good starting place....any more and your chance of stomach issues goes up. At least that's what experience around here says.. Will say that they last longer than what people expected...Try and find out i guess...erowid can be your friend too, but they say 12+ is a heavy dose. i tend to disagree:roll:

i thought it was like 5. but i checked erowid, that's a light dose. common dose 5-8, strong 7-12, heavy 12+

So the other day, my friend and I went in this random smoke shop, looking for a cheap vaporizer. Looked around, found that they sold kratom 15x extract, and hbwr seeds. Went back today to check the prices, the guy said $29.99 for a pack of 8 seeds. I just stared at him like uhhhh...nah. Lol than he was trying to sell me two packs for $50. Horrible.

Yea I was mad stoked to try it out, but definitely never spending that price when I know it's WAY cheaper through the internet. I really wanted to say something to him but oh well.
