I think it needs 3-4 weeks, but they are pretty faded. Once they fade to a point you can keep adding nutes but it wont necessarily use them , its already singing its swan song.
Id shoot for 3 weeks, feed for one more, flush for 2. If you can go 4 more, that would be ideal. But youll get good bud regardless

You have 2-3 weeks imho. Flushing is preference because some do and others say it's silly.

Flushing is a waste, as ryan said.
