How many plants can I put under one 1000watt light?

No LST... clones 2-3 weeks of veg... no special pruning techniques.. etc.. space is not an issue (both vertical and horizontal)

Hard to say man, depends on container size, and size of reflector hood.

My friend has the Sunsoaker hood with 1000 watts and puts 20- 24 clones under it with a 3-4 week veg time Sog style. Works well with an average 2 1/2 lbs per harvest.

5 gallon pots ... Im thinking maybe 12 plants per light...

Forgot to say he uses 3 gallon grow bags.

And 12 in 5 gallon pots sounds about right.

My book says that a 1000W light covers an 8' X 8' area.
I have my 1000W light in a 8 X 8 room and found that I
can't fill the room as I needed to leave a path around them.
So I get 12 under my light.
