how many plants for my lighting?

I currently am in the veg state about 1 week in, I am running 1 ufo led 90w along with 1 15w flourescent and 1 23w (100W equivilant/6500k) CFL. Thinking about 3-4 plants not bigger then 1.5-2ft tall.

During the Flower Stage i will add 2 23W 2700k CFL and keep using the ufo. Any suggestions?

I would recommend a HID HPS for flower, your lights right now are great for veg and all but they just won't get you the buds you are probably hoping for...for reals.

A 250W is perfect for a small grow.

im not looking to get 3-4 ounces out of this. Would be happy with 1-2.
