how many plants?

thank you all for the posts i can see that im not gunna be running enough light so would a mixture of a smaller HPS + CFL's be ok?
see i already got 2 CFL set ups with 125 watts. 1 is for veg in blue and 1 for flowering in red .
so im asking if i add a HPS of 250 watts would it work better for bigger buds?

Yes, get the hps and you will improve you yeild no end.

I would agree. More than likely a 150W MH or HPS will significantly affect your end results. As far as the Flying Piggies go, if you're in the U.S., in 2001, it was deemed illegal search and seizure for the police to use FLIR on properties to garner warrants. A warrant is necessary before any FLIR imaging can be used on your property (legally speaking).

That said, make sure you are extremely careful with everything that you are working with if you really do live that close to where Piggies take Flight. Meaning, best odor control you can afford. Keep all of your trimmings during/after the grow (might use them in making compost if you're growing soil medium). Pay for all transactions with a prepaid debit card. Have growing supplies (if any ordered online) shipped to various locations to be picked up, instead of to your own place. Tell no one -- your best friend shouldn't even know about your grow, no matter how much you trust him. Overall, just don't leave anything to chance -- you control the variables, you control the results. Simple science, my man.

I have the Hydrofarm Hood + 125 Watt CFL bulb. I love it for seed starting. I get faster growths indoors then outside. I can fit four 6 inch pots in my space and after a month I move them outside. And they'll be nice bushy plants. But I have never tried to flower in it. I think I might be able to pull off one. Maybe two plants and you'll need to keep them short, like under 2 feet.

I Have 2 Plants about 7 weeks old under 2 40 watt plant flourescents and 2 26watt 1520k cfl bulbs do you think I will be able to veg?
