Probably for the same reasons that some advertisers advertise on multiple television networks. So they can reach a larger audience. There are people that visit Rollitup and there are people that visit other forums. Some people visit many. Advertising on only one outlet does not give the exposure that's possible for a commercial entity that's selling a product. They want to reach as many potential customers as possible. It's a standard practice.
