How many runs do you do, and what is the difference in yields when making ice/bubble hash?

Hey guys, so Im planning on making some bubble hash with a buddy who had a set of bags. I've been reading online that a lot of people do anywhere from 3-6 runs. He said it wouldn't be worth it to run the small amount of trim more than once. I'll be running three full sandwich bags of fresh frozen trim. I know it depends on a lot of things, but on average but what % of your first run you typically see on your second and or third run?

*****These are arbitrary numbers so I'm not thinking I'm getting these yields.

1st- 10g- 100%
2nd-3G -30%
3rd-1g-5%

What percentage of your total yield you get from each run can depend on how much you agitate the ice/water. Agitating at higher speeds and/or for longer periods of time can remove more of your trichs and if over done add in a healthy amount of plant material as well. Agitating for a shorter period of time with less intesity on the first run or two can result in a more pure product but you aren't as likely to get as many of the trichs removed in one run. When I made some a week or two ago I did very little agitation the first run and then a second run and agitated it more. The yield was probably split 50/50 but the first run was a better overall product.

I was only doing a couple of ounces of trim, I would definitely run it more than once. What are you really losing other than a little time and some ice. Even if the second run does get some plant material mixed in and isnt top grade you can always use that run for edibles.

I already know about that. But I'm asking you guys for actual conversation about it. And I do a live resin qwash all the time its honestly the best way to test your product before it done in a way. But anyways yea I wanna try somethigg. Different and I'm axing evryone on hash making experiences, different methods they've tried etc etc.
