how many states need to legalize for it to become legal on a federal level? My new state sucks! practically Zero tolerance

I think it needs to be passed by congress, which is liek 65 or 75 percent yes or somthing like that. I dont know exactly. Whats yoru new state??

Find some Peyote . You might be able to legally do it on an Indian reservation.

That's just not the way it works. Federal law and individual states' laws are entirely separate.

Maybe you're thinking about the process to amend the constitution: a 2/3 majority in both the house and senate and then ratification by 3/4 of the states.
