Nothing. You basically cut its head off.
So growth will eventually spread but i noticed purple stems / stalk ( health ) so plant probably wasn’t at its healthiest when you cut it.

thanks I live in perth Australia it a hot dry climate we are right in the middle of summer average 35 degrees I run my air intake into the house from the shed but I’m constantly checking the temperature

Try to keep it a little more stable I noticed you had a lot of spikes which is normal but Ime I feel like extreme lows and highs arnt good
