How many times should I top 2 plants that are going under 600 watt hps soon?

I have a Pineapple Chunk and El Aquimista that are on day 63 of veg. Both have been topped 3 times.
How many times is efficient for them to fill out a 85x75x90 grow space under a 600 watt digital hps.

Pictures would help. that long of a veg you should be fine...I normally only top once though and then train but i dont veg very long either

I would say top them until you are ready to start the flowering cycle. There is no proper number, just do it as you want to sculpt your plant into what you want it to look like before you switch the lights over. Also, a 600 isnt going to penetrate that entire canopy as those plants are already looking a bit tall and thick. I clean up the bottoms and get them in there. Whats keeping you from putting them in flower already?

I usually crop atleast twice, depending on how many branches there are. What I aim for is to get atleast 6-9 GOOD tops per plant. Your pic that shows both,The shorter one.
if that was my plant, I'd crop those, what looks like 3 maybe 4 tops and then veg until that new tops get atleast 4-6 inches.
