I have had stitches since about age 5 living in Puerto Rico fell on small bamoo shoot on my knee.. just skinned it.. so I was lucky back then too.. needed about 8 stitches tho.. I have stitches-scars on arms legs head chest etc..

surgery on my forearm shattered the arm in a car crash have a SS plate about 8 inches

right hand 15 years after the above accident I had to have a glass shard about the size of half a BB taken out.. just noticed pain one day at work and soon a small bubble around my knuckle.. weird shit to happen that far after wards...

3 knee ops 2 were ortho last had to cut me open to fix the meniscus

torn Rotator Cuff.. had mild pain before surgery limited mobility was the main reason I had surgery on it.. the pain is 5x worse after the surgery combined with a current chronic back issues I could only lay on my other shoulder which still needs surgery (wont happen)

Loved going under the anesthesia.... but hated the waking up part... my body has a hard time wanting to come back..lol

Dude you're falling apart :-(

No major surgery for myself and the Dr's want me to have spinal fusion done... but I said no, I've had my fair share of stitches though.

1 time. Parents replaced the windows in the house and had the old ones lying in a stack outside. Threw a cinder block thru them. Forgot to let go.

Pilonidal cyst 1967, big toe nail bed scraped 1970, 2 angioplasties, triple bypass 1998, both eyes vitrectomy and lens replacement, 5 trigger fingers. Not interested in repairing the torn labrum and world class bone spurs in the shoulders....live with the pain.

Stupid pain is the most memorable tho...

I was about 7 and we were go carting (gas go carts) I ran the lap and got out.. walked over to my dad all happy and he tells me not to touch the exhaust pipes... within seconds I grabbed it with both hands... burned them pretty bad had some nice blisters (I remember riding the green machine big wheel and my hands were blistered up... but I still wanted to ride..)

Noguts..... I've had my stomach opened up 9 times, complete colectomy with j pouch resection and multiple bowel obstructions. had a colostomy bag for 5 years. 2 ankle surgeries, shattered the ankle and it split up the bone (6 screws and a plate).

I had a brown recluse bite that doctors mis-diagnosed three times, second opinion caught it and it took ten months to heal closed. Worse experience of my life.

Yes, on my face and body!! Mainly for health reasons. I've had a few beauty spots taken off but on analysis they were fine. Face knifed 3 times and body twice. Plastic surgery is amazing (no scarring) but I wouldn't even get Botox. Friends in London have had work done and I think they're mad. Don't mind dental work. Love local anaesthetic TBH

only once when i was 5. got hit by a car and smashed my forehead on a curb. got sewn up and got plastic surgery. the scar didn't start to fade until the end of high school. it's barely noticeable now.

i twice got mauled by crazy animals (1 pit bull, 1 cat) but they won't stitch up animal bites. just a sweet IV morphine drip and antibiotics.
