How much can i harvest 400w 4x3 sq ft scrog method?

I plan on using a 4x3 sq ft area with 400w hps with walls all polyed using the scrog method to flower and harvest two chemdog plants and wanted to get an idea on how much i can potentially harvest due to anyone's past experience in a small closet grow. Thank you for your time

wow thats more than i expected. the guys at the hydro shop said i would be lucky to get 4 ounces out of two plants but i dont think they were exactly experts.... lol have you had yeilds like that before in a similar space? @Yodaweed

I have 3 tents, two are small tents one 3x1.7x5 foot and I could get at least 4 ounces out of that tent if done properly with scrog, ventilation and good lighting. You will need a ducting system to vent that area, the smaller the area the more prone it is to over heating and humidity problems so keep that vent fan running and you should be good :) happy growing !

12/12 from seed is a good option as well in a smaller area you might wanna check out the 12/12 from seed forum for more information gl growing !

I run 400Watts in a 3'X3'X5' tent using bubble buckets and scrog I can get about 10-12 Oz. but I veg for quite a while so I can separate all of the stems enough to let them get good light. If you just started growing, don't set your expectations too high. It takes time and passion to get great yields. Stain selection is important too. I tend to favor indica dominant plants with some sativa so they have a little bit lanky stems for me to play with.

my expectations are the oposite of high if I can get 3 to 4 ounces my first harvest I will be stoked
