A cfl grow will yield very little fluffy buds.Sativas do not out produce indicas as a standard.The difference is trhe height and the type of high each gives. Sativas are tall and have an up head high indicas stay short and bush out and have a strong body buzz a more narcotic couch lock feel.Then lastly here at the end someone said if the leaves are long and skinny that its an indica wronnggg indicas have large fat fan leaves and sativas have long thin skinny leaves.! plant under cfls thats going to flower at 19 inches and is sative under cfls will be around 5 feet tall spindly and produce very little. You will need around 10 cfls for this 1 plant at this size so Ill say if your lucky 1/4 to 1/2 oz dry of fluffy midi buds
