so is growing it lol.I give mine away, selling it is ILLEGAL
so is growing it lol.
hahaha. well, thinking with that logic selling it would not be illegal either if he had been designated a caregiver.Not if you have a medical marijuana card
when you have a medical marijuana card you CANT sell it its still illigal to sell it ....because your the one with the medical problem (SUPPOSLY) not the person you selling it to so therefore only you can smoke it....hahaha. well, thinking with that logic selling it would not be illegal either if he had been designated a caregiver.

This legally only covers expenditures. Pretty hard to say that it actually costs you $10 a gram to grow. Pretty sure it also states in the bill that personal time cannot be billed for. This is why you never buy bud from a dispensary - you pay a membership fee + a donation. You are never actually buying bud and thus they are never actually selling it.o rly?
§ 2423-A. Authorized conduct for the medical use of marijuana
...
D. Receive reasonable monetary compensation for costs associated with assisting a patient who named the primary caregiver through the department's registration process;
E. Receive reasonable monetary compensation for costs associated with cultivating marijuana for a patient who designated the primary caregiver to cultivate marijuana;
a nonprofit dispensary and a primary caregiver are two very different things as defined by the bill. no where in the bill does it say anything about personal time.This legally only covers expenditures. Pretty hard to say that it actually costs you $10 a gram to grow. Pretty sure it also states in the bill that personal time cannot be billed for. If you factored those all into the price of the bud it should still be lower than a $1 a gram not counting labor. If you're a competent grower you should be able to spend as little as an hour a day and unless you have a pertinent degree or certification than your time should be worth the same as a gardener - so $600 a grow for labor should raise the price to $2.50 a gram.I think personal time is compensatory, as the person could have just as easily been working for an income for those hours, so time is valuable, as are lights, equipment, space, electricity, etc.... All of these items can be used to calculate a value.
