Every country in the world for the longest has been considering officially "Decriminalising" Marijuana. Theres really know way of nowing for sure that 5-meo is about to be made Schedule 1 but its practically a sure thing. Maybe not quite as much as Marijuana being made Schedule 2. It was in a way a joke. Like its being made illegal when it already is. Just a different kind of illegal. IDK
