how much fresh air do clones need?

I have three clones in a aerogarden 7, misting many times a day. But how long should I leave the humidity dome off to let them get fresh air? Just long enough to spray them or longer

Whats your room Humidity like? If your already seeing new healthy growth from your clones the dome isn't neccesay anymore, but still mist with plain water 2-3 times a day.

Humidity is around 50-60 in clone room. Still misting but I did notice that roots bumps are beginning. they still look good at day five. I have Protekt ordered but it is taking longer to get here than expected. I have KLN rooting concentrate but wasnt sure if I should add to the tank or not. Heard mixed responses. Whats your opinion.
