How much is enough??

I have six 100 watt CFL's, one 75 watt CFL, one 60 watt CFL, and one 24 inch T12 20 watt florecent grow tube.... the grow space si about 6-8sq feet and there are two plants in the grow space in their third week of flowering....Now is this enough light for these flowering plants?
