How much light do I need??

I have a 2ft by 2ft, 4ft height grow tent. There are 2 plants in it. I will be using LED lights. What is the wattage of light that I need for this set up?? Please help!
 
I would aim for 150 watts of decent led or 200watts of anything else. There’s lots of lighting guys in the led section here though. Listen to them lol
 
You’re going to get a half pound from 100watts? Do what ever you want guy. I like 50 watts per square foot. Take the advice or leave it.
