how much light is needed for flowering?

i have a 6 foot plant dats been flowering for 2 months and its just got the white hairs... i have 4 42 watt 2800k soft white spread around it . its been my first grow and ive had dis plant for atleast 6-7 months already. im growing very impatient and am thinkn of just starting over with more light or something. its a bag seed and im using cfl

A plant that big should have at least twice that much light on it.
