how much light should i give my auto plant?

ok so my plant is about a week old or they are about a week old as it turned out to be a twin plant....i have been giving it 18hr of light and 6 off but iv heard from a few people to give it 12/12 so i really dont know which way to go now any advice

Best time schedule is 20/4 18/6 is good too, some even grow 24/0. 12/12 is not recommended for Auto strains.

Change it up and go 19/5? Or is that against grow law?

I guess you could, but research shows that 20/4 is optimal . If you don't have a timer than just go 24/0

Duly noted. 20/4 it shall be. Once I save up money to do my grow properly.

Remember that even auto bitches need some rest too so like everyone said do either 20/4 or 18/6. GL on your grow.
