How much longer? first grow..been flowering for 7 weeks

hey, this is my first grow and i don't want to mess it up now, i've been flowering for 7 weeks now, started flushing a week ago. i believe (first grow, i used a 420 scope) my trichs are 50/50 cloudy clear, so i dont know how much longer to go. Its unknown bag seed, by the way...thanks for any help and comments.

depends on what kind of stone you looking for.

do you want a more euphoric heady high? harvest early

or a more couchlock stoned stone? harvest later.

maybe a couple weeks, or so..

what you could do right now it pinch off some bud, dehydrate it-maybe use a dehydrater if you have one, and smoke that shyt and see if you like the high. if its not enough body high, test it in a week until you like the high..

im no expert, but i hope that helps.

ps the smoke will be harsh.

those plants have like 2 or 3 more weeks to go. when you have 50% milky and 50% amber harvest if you want but if there is still alot of fresh hairs left then i wouldent.

Thanks for all your help, i'll wait two more weeks til i harvest em....any more helpful comments would be appreciated.

why do people give this advice. If you want a heady high grow sativas if you want a body buzz grow indicas.

I expect that will give you what ur after.....you can also harvest some branches individually if you wish....and dry those while letting the other remaining branches mature some more. some people don't like to do that but it might be an option to consider. cheers and walk on man!

before you harvest leave them in the dark for 2 full days. They will think they are dying and force out all resin in an attempt to save their own lives, thus causing the product to be more potent.
Keep the pics coming they are beautiful girls.

Any grower should by a magnifier. There are tons of 50-100x ones on ebay for like $15 I like the 100x, get one with lighting. look at the trichs, if they are clear too early, if foggy then that nice head high, if they are turning amber then you got that uber-stone, and the nugs will weigh more. Order it today, I bet when it comes in you will be juuust about right.

The way I think about it is that the plant is alive but not able to photosynthesise so it will destroy a lot of the starch in it's leaves and buds in order to make energy to stay alive. Less starch = a smoother smoke.

i dont think the leave in dark for 2 days before you chop thing works,,,cannabis can only produce a certain amount of thc,theres a limit and once thats reached,no matter what you do to try and increase thc production it wont work,,,,,,,,

as with other aspects of this hobby, this continues to be debated at different times, there qre those that believe it does, and those that don't. I am not convinced from what I have read and seen that it is true. but, also like so much of all this hobby, try whatever you want and see if you can make it work for you. then trell us about your success or not and we'll all learn a little more! walk on man!

they give that advice, because yes sative is a cerebral high, where as indica is a body high, but especially on bagseed where a person doesn't know the strain, or if the strain is a indi/sativa mix, you can still control the type of high you want up to a certain point.

yup, by judging the trichs... if they are clear, they will produce a more euphoric head high, but if they were amber they would be more of a couchlock body stone.
