thank you everyone, i probably did 30%ish. Quick question, should i use my nutrients 10-10-10 on my plants since they just got taken out of mg? maybe at half strength?

If your plants don't show signs of stress after 2-3 waterings with 1/4 strength nutes, go up to 1/2 strength, then work your way up to full strength and more if they can handle it

I am in MG moisture Control, with 40% MG Perlite in a 5 gal. pot, and I water every 4 days with light off temp 60-70, and light on temps 78-84.

Not really, but you NEED adequate draining to avoid stem and root rot!
Just say that it's better to be safe than sorry and use it.

Jus out of curiosity what makes the stalk go hollow I have seen that on a few of my plants during harvest

Perlite... It all depends on you, how much time you have and what kind of growth you want. The more perlite you have the faster your growth will be. The faster your drainage will go, more often you'll have to water. 100% perlite will blow your mind if you have time to water that often. 50% perlite/Coco is a true ass kicker and compromise
