How much power can you use without getting attention?

I currently have alot of medical equipment that is running 24 hours a day, and have a small grow area that uses under 1000watts total. But want to upgrade my grow room to about 2500watts+, would that raise a red flag to someone? The electric co. knows about all the medical equipment we have running, but this will be a pretty big jump in power draw.

Call them and tell them you have an oxygen concentrator running and someone told you that you might be able to get a discounted rate because of the medical necessity.. It's worth a try especially since they know you already have medical eqpt.. Unless that's what you already have lol. Those fuckers suck the juice.

They will do that for people who own their own house in quite a few states.

I'm not so much concerned about the cost, just if they would question the extra 1500 Watts I want to use.

Tell them your getting a hot tub.
