How Much Rain Is Needed To Wash Away The Nutrients?

Will 2 inches of rain in 20 minutes be able to flush away the nutrients just added in the soil? I threw some dolomite and fertilizer in the afternoon and later that evening we had a huge downpour over 20 minutes. The soil is normal, not sandy or clay.
