How much stress ?

how much stress we talking about if I throw in a whole day of darkness to bump my lights to turn on at night instead of the morning like an idiot. I know more light is stressful during flower but is less ?

Ive had situations where I've gone through this anyways (moved during flower and kept them in the dark for 2 days) and haven't notice or had any stress but I was just wondering what the darkness would do to the plant stress wise.

Dark is fine. Light is a problem. Get it back to a normal schedule asap, but you can give it 24+ hours of dark to get it back on track before. Don't give it a week, but a day or two should be fine.

ok sweet I was thinking/hoping that.

Ya, just run more dark like said above. Theres hormones that make the plant flower that build up and are killed off by light. So youll just have however many extra of those good flowering hormones built up. No sweat. Ive done it before with bo problems.

Is it ever beneficial to run like a 12 on 16 off?
