straight up from the NORML archive. for 1 plant you can consider it 1 lb which is considered a felony, punishable with up to 5 years in prison, and a 5,000 dollar fine.
it's still a felony, you'll never be treated the same way (you'll be a convicted felon) again by any employer, any cop, or any court..............they also have MMS so if you happen to have a 25 plant grow there's Mandatory minimum sentencing.....

Yeah Florida is strict and very conservative. The bud here is bad and is very expensive, I bet because of the strict laws everyone is scared to grow. But still its manageable if you have a big nice fenced yard with tons of privacy. Then I could camouflage 1 plant amongst other plants.

Trust me, there isn't anything we haven't seen here in florida. Theres tons of good bud around here. There is also tons of shit bud around here. The profit would be huge, but unless you sell to only good friends, someone is going to fuck you hard.
It's going to go down one of a few ways, either someone will get jealous and rob your ass, or they will get jealous and rat you out, or they will get busted and roll on you. People in this state have no sense of loyalty, they will rat you out in a heartbeat. Sad to say, but I've seen it happen everytime.

i woudln't grow in florida.... i wouldn't go to florida either... if it wasn't for disneyworld and UMF..................

florida sucks at everything. It's not that hard to find it, you just have to know the right people, once you do its constant. but you also have to pay 50-80 PER EIGHTH... yeah thats right... sucks

What If I sell in bulks to dealers for really cheap? And they can take the risk? But if they get caught they might rat. Fuck This is going to be hard.
