Mix it to 200 PPM (that's what I use for seedlings) and you don't need to add your Ca/Mg. You can add that later.

If you are sprouting seeds in coco in a solo cup, just use a mister with plain water, spray it several times per day to keep it moist until the plant emerges. Then you can start light feeding. Keep it warm, 78-80 deg and don't let the temp drop at night until the plant is established.

You want coco fully saturated at all times. Especially a 70/30 mix.
