I have and outdoor plant that seems to be having some problems. I am wondering if i am even giving enough water. I have a 30 gallon hole dug and lined with plastic bags with holes in the bottom. In the bag is about 26 gallons of my own mix; Peat moss horse shit and cow fert, perlite and some other amendments. So i have about average drainage. The plant is about 6'5" and about 3 arm spans around. The rain doesn't even breach the canopy unless it's a trench-al downpour with wind. It is on average, upper 70's right now. So i am wondering, how often should i water and with how much water at a time.
