Would most likely be a hydroponic setup.

also has anybody ever heard of anything like a one way mirror, like something, that would let sunlight in but you couldn't see through lol, that would be superior technology to outfit your ceilings with.

There's a lot of factors involved so it's hard to guage, lighting, environmental control, strains and experience etc.
With a space that size you could have a nice perpetual going pulling a lot of weed on a regular basis but you should get the basics down first and enjoy your growing experience.

Thats what 9 4x4 areas right so id say 18 pounds possible...but need to know what your doing(5-15years experience)

If all was perfect with the environment and the strain was capable and so was the grower, between 6000-12000 grams.
