how much yeild can i get ?

you all not understand me correctly, my place are very small... so i limited on how much can i get.
i bought alot of things.
400W venture MH , 400W venture HPS, Fertilizers, coconut, and more..
the seller in the store recomended to me to grow 4 plants in my area, he said i should get no more then 150g.
so i just want a few tips, or what i need to do to get my best yeild..

You can easily surpass 150g with 5 plants and 400w...

ye but i dont have that much strains, so i thinking about grow 2 plants, mayb with the autopot easy2grow system(its depends if you recomended that) cuz i dont know it very well...
so i thought 2 plants medium ones.. and to let them grow like 15-20cm and go for flowering... whats you say ?
and i want to get more then 150g...

400 watt should pull 11/2-2 dry oz per plant.............
