How much yield am I going to lose? And how do they look?

I am currently at day 32 of flowering. That is, day 32 of switching to 12/12. They were just starting to show pre flowers when I changed the light.

The problem is...I f'd up and let them grow too tall for my light. I have the light up as far as I can get it but it's still like 6-7 inches from the very tops. I can already look and tell that the tops are light stressed.
I bent one stem down tht was growing into the top shelving of the closet, but I don't want to bend/super crop any more bc I think it will stunt my growth.

What you guys think will happen to my yield bc of the lights being that close??
And do they look like they are 30 days into flowering??

600W HPS
RDWC
2 Gold Leaf and 1 Jack Herer
Ph is 5.5-6.2
Ppm at about 1000

P.S. The pic that shows the whole setup With the light on is older so they are taller now.

At 32 days in flower they’re not going to grow vertically anymore. Just super crop them and if you feel like it slowed down production the. Flower for another week or two more.

I concur :)

The two colas below are to the sides of the hood, because of the same problem. I finished the tops with CFLs. But, that was towards the end of the grow. You've got a challenge on your hands!

I usually end up with one or two in a hood and a touch of bleaching on another one or two. Just do what ya can to keep em out of it. I supwrcrop in mid flower sometimes. It sucks but has never killed any major amount of product I think. I usually end up with 5 or 6 zips a plant under a 1k. I think you'll be in that ballpark depending on the million other factors.

Tl;dr
I would say you haven't lost much if any at this early of a stage in flower

Have you seen any problems super cropping in flower?

If you don't want to supercrop, you can bend the branches over, and tie them down. Don't bend them too far the first day. Bend them over and tie them down a little more each day,.

Umm I dunno i mean I've not broken off a kola yet. I will say I wouldnt do it a bud at 7 weeks flowering. Lol Just last grow I had to sc a main and I split the stem a good half inch. It was like when you bend a plastic straw and it splits vertically. I just let it be and it healed fine. When I get home I'll find the stalk and snap a photo. As far as lost yield, it's hard to quantify that. Because either way it wasn't ideal where the kola was. It's either burn up a bud or possibly get a smaller bud from pinching the stem too hard or something. So ya know lesser of two evils I guess. I take the whole growing thing relatively low stress. It's just bud after all so worst case I gotta tear it all down and start over. Only happened once a few years ago due to no airflow and the dreaded bud rot. So ya know take the good and the bad I guess. I've still never run all the way out and always have some trim for budder or to blast. So it's all good

I would always try to use lst over super cropping. My issue is I run out of foot print to bend a bud to. It always ends up over something else I want. And when I super crop it's basically like a pause button on height. It just sort of bends like an L shape or an S kind of shape. It'll always want to end up vertical

Sorry I didn't catch it before harvest but this is one I could find in the pile of stems to burn this weekend. You can see where it fixed itself and then I squeezed lower trying to do it again but it was too woody after that so it just split and I let it be. It stood back up too fast and I was just bring impatient. I actually removed my tent roof and hung from the ceiling mid grow. Damn mangoskunk at least tripled in height. It's what I get for not reading strain reports first.
Obviously it's not optimal and I would advise against unless you have to. But it's possible. I just got dry weight from this one plant. 12 oz 7 gram. And I smoked probably another half before harvest. Well will see after it cures what it settles to but I'm thinking at least 12

This shows the shape I meant

Thanks for replies all. Been busy so Im gonna go see what's up in there and start bending some stems over.
Don't want to super crop this late. At start of 6th week and don't wan stress them more than necessary. Will post pics of how I tied them.

Edit: Ok so just checked on them and they are all falling over now lol. I really need to spend more time with the babies but work...

Will have to do a lot of tying. Brb
